Chick-fil-a - Davenport

Every time I go here, I think the food and service is only 'okay'. When I came home, I heated the waffles in the air frit and that made them delicious. They didn't give me the sauce I asked for, so I used my own sauce at home. And grilled chicken club sandwich was fine; a little dry, but the one sauce they gave me for the sandwich has a little whirled up. Drive Thur went surprisingly fast. At least what I didn't order this time was not in stock. That's nice.

Good stuff! Had lunch with my son and both meals were nice and hot. Cooked well and tasted good. Service was good and place was actually really clean despite being packed for lunch.

Every time I go to this location it seems as though they 're always out of Mac and cheese, don 't have any of are not serving it. Last time there was a debacle between the kitchen crew and the front-of-house crew, as a kitchen crew member said Why do we keep selling Mac and cheese?!?! I 'm not going to make any!! The cashier at the time apologized and went back there to talk with them, came back I told me if a 10 minute wait was okay. I said sure no problem. My kids love the Mac and cheese. So now I can never know if they 're actually or someone just doesn 't want to make it cuz it 's too busy.

Decided to get dinner door dashed instead of picking it up or eating there. Guess that was a bad idea. We ordered 2 meals. Mine was great as always... I love Chick fil A!! Sadly though the other order was messed up... Ordered Spicy chicken... it wasn't spicy. Ordered 5 pc nuggets got 3 and 2 small crunchy pieces with it... guess that was 5? I have tried calling several times only to be sent to a voice mail.. I truly hope someone calls me back. disappointed in dinner

Food is good but this location just doesn't have it together. This time they forgot the bacon on the sandwich and the straws. Last time it was an entire sandwich. This is quite frustrating. Please review your processes and figure out where it is going wrong. I can't be the only one.
