One day they can't take debit, another day they can't take cash, the drive through speaker has been broken each time I've tried to order and if I can order,.. I'm over this location and will probably never go to this location ever again with the disappointments I've endured wasting gas and getting stuck in traffic trying to give them business.
This particular location had a very long wait, the credit card reader wasn’t working and my sandwich was mostly fried batter with far less meat than normal. My wife’s sandwich was apparently fine.
Difficult to get customer care service…especially if you order thru Uber eats…Ubers eats has no customer care. Popeyes doesn’t care. Uber doesn’t care. So if your order has a problem forget about it!
Worst Popeyes arguably in the entire country. This is a fast food restaurant but you’ll be waiting a minimum 20-30 minutes in the drive through before even getting to place an order. The speaker has not been functional in 2 years, the entire location is filthy as hell. The entire team and franchise owner needs to be replaced, they’re destroying the brand image, you’d think they’d care more about their jobs. Watched 8 people drive away without ordering or getting food because of how terrible the wait was. Complaints will be filed with corporate, BBB, Florida Department of health, etc… absolutely deplorable. Service slower than a full service restaurant. They’re always out of anything that isn’t spicy or dark meat
