Feedback gevenDoris is manager, but cannot understand enough to command. she literally did what she wanted and when I asked the overcharge, was apologising because she couldn't find the right button and yet the order was wrong.
I get a chicken sandwich and chicken fries and large fries and they were soggy and there was one person working there and the fries were everywhere
Went thru drive thru, using mobile app to redeem an offer $3 Whopper Wednesday). After waiting in line for 15 minutes, an older gentleman who looked like the manager says he cannot take my rewards app code because I was supposed to mention it at the speaker when he took my order. How was I supposed to know? There were signs at the speaker box but they were all advertisements..I went back to check and there was literally zero signage about it. I'm not expecting perfect customer service, but he could've just entered a new order with my code, as it was simply one burger. Whatever, I can accept that I could've been the one in the wrong. However, I decided to walk inside the lobby and replace the order since he cancelled it all together and did not allow me to pay full price at the window after saying I should'veread the signs. There were only 3 workers that I could see on the floor: the manager on DT, a lady at the register who was also helping out pass food to DT, and the worker in the back mainly handling the food. No wonder they were moving slow and didn't care, they were understaffed and tired. Still unexcusable when part of your job is customer service. I'll give them a break for that nonetheless. Further, I proceed with my order, a regular Whopper with extra pickle, regular mustard and light mayo. After checking out I see my receipt says Impossible Whopper. Alright, no biggie. As I'm waiting, I see the initial manager at DT who was taking orders, help out and grab a large fry for someone at the window. It sounds perfectly fine, what could be wrong? Well, he was not wearing gloves might not be their standard) AND touched the fries he was serving with his bare hands. That's food going into someone's mouth and he touched it with the same hands he used to touch the screen, take payments, and grab other food. Forget cross contamination, that's purely unsanitary and disgusting. I receive my order shortly after and head back to the car, when I look inside and realize that not only did they not give me my original order a customized Whopper) OR a standard Impossible Whopper, but what was placed in the bag...was a plain regular hamburger which is worth less than the cost of the coupon I paid with mind you). All in all, they can't do anything right. Both the workers at this location and the company itself. You will regret eating the food, it's not as great tasting as it used to be.TL;DR Don't waste your money here.
The service is so terrible there and they don't even give them what they have ordered, just a budding people who don't want them to be job. we do not recommend you to go there.
