Chick-fil-a - Davie

I typically enjoy ordering lunch here on weekdays while I'm working, either for pickup at the restaurant or through DoorDash. I've always been pleased with the service, as they usually get my orders right. However, my last two orders have been incomplete. On one occasion, they forgot the dressing for my salad, and on the most recent order, they missed an order of fries that I redeemed with my points. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to return and pick up the missing items. It seems like the employees are no longer paying as much attention as they used to, which has left me feeling quite disappointed.

What happened to this location? Ate there last night, tables and chairs were dirty. All the garbage cans were full, no place to dispose of our trash. Spicy chicken sandwich ???? tasted double fried and burnt, fries had more salt than the pacific ocean andthe Multigrain bun fell apart as we ate the sandwich. Definitely will try a new location for now on. $36 for for 3 combomeals...wow!

I took my daughter to this restaurant, and the car line was incredibly long. We waited 18 minutes in the line, only to find out at the pickup window that they don't accept $50 bills for a $19 order. Since when is cash not considered money? It would be helpful if they posted a large sign with this information or reminded customers when taking their orders.

I expected this place to be more crowded during the early evening, but there were only about eight cars in line and very few people inside waiting to pick up their preordered food. The food was fresh and served piping hot. The salads were especially fresh, made to order in a way I haven't experienced before. When I got home, which was about 20 miles south, the chicken nuggets were still warm, and the mac and cheese was also heated just right. The half diet, half regular lemonade was equally fresh, with bits of lemon pulp adding to the flavor.

Chick-fil-A is usually good, but this location had a poor sandwich, I sure hope this is just one off and the portions haven't changed but had more bread that chiken this go around, and was dry.
