Feedback gevenRecently, I ordered 6 hash browns, and somehow they misunderstood and gave me 6 ORDERS of hash browns, resulting in a total of 36! I couldn't help but laugh at the mix-up, as I was quite clear about wanting just one order. Another oddity is the guys standing outside; they seem a bit unnecessary. They take my card, pass it to the cashier, and then hand my drink to me from the window, which creates a rather awkward interaction. Additionally, the drive-thru here is pretty narrow, just wide enough for one car. This means that if the person in front of you is waiting for their order, everyone else will have to wait too. So, if you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend coming here in the morning unless you have at least 20 minutes to spare, or you might end up running late.
I just want to start off by saying this used to be my Favorite Dunkin location, but the last few times I've gone there have been HORRIBLE. To start off, the new system you have were you have two people standing outside taking payments in no way improves thedrive through line. It makes no sense. And the two guys you have standing out there all they do is play around. They make no eyecontact. Have their back turned towards you when handing you back you card. It's to the point where when I see them standing bythe window I would rather get out of the line instead of dealing with them. You need to go back to just letting people pay atthe window. And second. I ordered an avocado toast today. And for one it was the SMALLEST piece of bread. I didn't even knowthey made bread that small, secondly THE BREAD WAS SO HARD I couldn't even bite into it, the bread sliced the inside of my mouthand I couldn't even bite off a piece of the bread! THATS RIDICULOUS!! The whole quality of this location has become so trash. Iwill not be coming back to this location ever again. You guys are so worried about moving the drive through line along that thequality of your food and customer service has gone down the drain.
I love this place and visit almost every day. However, I took a break and went to a different café for a while because of a woman with blonde hair who has been there forever. She really is quite unpleasant and seems to be the meanest person around. It’s impossible to say anything to her without her getting upset, and she often yells at the staff. She always appears incredibly mad, which is quite unfortunate. I do feel sorry for her, honestly.
Sparkling updated decor, quality service staff and fresh donuts await the tired and hungry !!
