Eating is pretty good, but when the service comes with a bad attitude (not once, but twice), it is a no-go for me. There are only too many other places with quite good food that do not come with one side of atmospheric, angry, spirited staff. I hope that was only bad two days in a row (and almost $100 below). I'm not gonna try a third...

A Yelp evaluation followed and was not disappointed. You already have salad creations on the menu or you can go big and create your own. As I am indecision, I went with the Greek village and it was delicious and fresh. I went back the second day and ordered the Parisian who the lady told me to try with her mango pineapple chicken! What a great salad. I ordered the normal size and had enough for two portions! Will be back soon.

Terrible service! Overload for extra toppings I didn't ask. When I talked to them, they hung me up again and again. Terrible service! Rude and untrained employees!!! UPDATE: spoke to the owner of Giardino (he called me) to correct the situation. He carefully checked his systems and he knew what was right in my situation described above. He fixed everything for me. I was happy because I really love this place. The salads and soups are very good with fresh ingredients.

Even when you order online, it is not quick. They prioritize people who come in line. It?s very slow and they are always understaffed. Do not come if you are coming on a lunch break with a time limit. However they did address the problem and issue a refund so I?m changing the one star to a 3 star due to the prompt customer service help online.
