Was robbed by the head barmaid as she served my wife and I 6 margarita's and 4 dirty martini's knowing we thought they were half price as it was during happy hour. She just kept mixing and dropped a $109 tab on us and sorry nothing I can do. I've been a patron since 1991 but never again and will encourage my friends (many) to stay away as well.
The overall service of the staff is slow, but the price is great and the food is great as well.
The hostess on duty (December 29, 2004 approx 8:30 PM) led us to a table without saying anything, placed menus on a table and walked away without saying anything. After sitting for 8 minutes, we asked for a server, a young lady came by and told us she'd try to locate our server. After more minutes of waiting, she finally came to get the drink order. The iced tea came first, and then 10 minutes later she brought the beer. She took the food order with minimal eye contact. The food arrived in a timely fashion. The overall service of the staff on duty that night was very poor. There was an obvious lack of management. We have always been satisfied with the service on all the previous visits; dine in and take out.
If you like really good wings at reasonable prices this is where you should go. It's a local bar/restaurant with a casual atmosphere that serves wings the right way. By the way the steamer clams are just as good!
