When I reached the window, the staff member took my order and instructed me to circle back around and wait in line to pick up my food. But he didn't do the same for the person ahead of me. Why was I treated differently? Even when I returned, he made the other customers wait instead of asking them to come back later. It took a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes just to receive a cheese pizza. What's going on here?
Good evening, I had a disappointing experience at your restaurant. The girl at the register was very rude and did not treat the customers well. In addition, she insisted on receiving a tip and claimed that she never had change when I paid in cash. I've encountered this issue at several locations. Please improve the customer service and treat your customers better!
I only picked up one special order, and both pizzas were warm when they should have been straight out of the oven (according to the tracking app). The "crazy brotes" were also much smaller than expected. I won’t be reloading my order through this service again. Disappointing!
My seniorenvater picked up a pizza. expected it to be hot. when he got the pizza and it looked like it wasn't hot and fresh, he just asked for another and the man said, "You can take it or leave it." isn't that? she should be ashamed to be manager, not a customer service at all!
When to get some brownies….Trash! Employees are rude and unprofessional. The one chick at the window is an obvious racist. ? I just laughed and kept it rolling. The one black dude had an attitude like a chic. Like I killed his car or something. This store is just sad.
