Hikari Omakase is a wonderful experience! I thoroughly enjoyed the chefs and staff sharing their expertise with us with every course. The food was delicious and carefully selected, the space immaculate, and the attention to detail extremely obvious. I look forward to returning for another unforgettable evening.

I absolutely adored the authenticity of the food and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Without a doubt, it's one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had. The chefs were outstanding, and every course was a delight to my taste buds. The fish simply melted in my mouth! I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family, and can't wait to visit again. This is truly the epitome of Omakase.

This was an amazing experience and one of the best meals I've ever had! Chefs Sithu and Zin and their team prepared 21 courses that highlighted the best aspects of the premium ingredients that they used, and they also educated us about the ingredients and preparation. The amount of food was generous; I was happily full after the hour and a half meal, and stayed after to chat with the chefs a little longer. They are very conscious of sustainably sourced seafood and also feature quality local ingredients. They also support the community and community members not just amazing food, but amazing humans as well.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Every dish is prepared with extreme care from the chefs and the quality is outstanding. It’s a very filling meal, so make sure to come with an empty stomach!
