Jack In The Box - Davis

My family was asked to leave because this 24-hour fast food restaurant was closed. The staff member who asked us to leave was extremely rude and disrespectful, not acknowledging us as customers. However, the rest of the staff was friendly. I hope that particular man learns to show respect in the future. It is not appropriate to point at the door and tell customers to leave.

Absolutely awful. The only thing that was even remotely edible on the burger was the bun. Bacon cooked to hell, felt like chewing on flavorless leather. Missing the second patty and the one they did get on the bun was dry, chewy, and tasteless. Ontop of all that they barely managed to melt the cheese even halfway, nothing that was prepared in the kitchen was redeemable.

Every time I have been to this restaurant, they have messed up my order. I once ordered fries and received a box with only three fries, a piece of chicken tender, and a jalapeño popper. They even forgot my order of chicken tenders. The establishment is dirty and the workers seem to not care about their customers at all. I would recommend going to any other fast food restaurant in Davis instead.

I received the incorrect order and had no option but to eat it due to being at work. The chicken was extremely tough and almost broke my tooth. The cheese was not fully melted and it felt like I was eating a plain cheese sandwich instead of a spicy cheese chicken dish. I apologize to Yuhang C, as I believe I may have ended up with their order instead.

I am pleased to report that dine in is now open as of 8/28/22. As you my photo shows, there are fewer tables than before the pandemic. I wish they would pull out the tables against the wall and put in more chairs. The food is still prepared only afteryou order it unlike other fast food joints. That?s why orders take longer than other restaurants. I think this is still the onlyfast food chain where you can order breakfast anytime. I ordered my breakfast after 4 p.m.
