Panera Bread - Davis

The food was served cold, and the portion of the mac and cheese was disappointingly small—barely filled halfway in a tiny container. The bread on the sandwich was burnt and lacked any substantial meat. The only item from my order that was somewhat enjoyable was the salad. I saved my plain bagel and cinnamon crunch bagel for the morning, hoping that they were worth the money spent.

The Bowl of Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup is quite small, resembling what you would expect a cup to be. Priced at around $11, it was disappointing. The Mediterranean Veggie is usually fantastic, but this time I ordered it without feta, as I typically do, yet it arrived with feta on it.

I called the restaurant to inquire about the procedure for picking up a DoorDash order late, as I was facing a personal emergency. Unfortunately, the manager was very rude during our conversation and interrupted me, telling me goodbye while I was still explaining my situation. I took a bus to pick up the food, and the place wasn't even busy at the time. I really hope she faces consequences for her behavior.

The salad portion was small at best same with the soup in fact it was an even smaller portion of soup than usual

The staff are consistently friendly, the dining area feels cozy and welcoming, and the restrooms are always tidy, even during busy times.
