Feedback gevenI buy the bbq chicken pizza and is a few pieces of chicken cartilage in the pizza ????. Order: Wednesday 6/8 time 9 pm.
PLEASE UPDATE the PROGRAMMING for pickup deliveries or turn off the option to pickup. Ordered online. Called in three times check on the status of my order 30 minutes after promised delivery carryout time. No answer. Called again; store would notpickup. Called back still no response other than order online for speedy and convienent pickup . Drove to said location to waitfor said pickup. Employees were very understanding and understaffed. Corporate policies put into place do not reflect the thecustomer service provided. Compliments to the employees whom are put under non-idealistic pickup times put in place byinsufficient promt scripts given via the mobile application.
Crystal ensured that my order was correct and I got the best deal possible. she really went beyond and beyond, and the pizza was delicious as always.
A great hot fresh sausage mushroom load stop. a very nice lady made a good pizza for me.
So I ordered it online, place and wait until my phone said it was ready. They said it was more time so I waited 30 extra minutes and went to pick it up for them to tell me that there was no job for me, although I had on my handy and they found it before the hand. I got my money back and went to johnnys instead of where they did the same job in 15 minutes. better quality and faster at the same price.
