Panda Express - Dawsonville

I want to start by noting that there were only three employees working during dinner service. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste fresh. The chicken lacked sauce, the noodles were dried out, and the rice was overcooked. I'm not sure what happened with the portion sizes, but I ordered a bowl and it looked more like a child's meal. I really enjoyed the orange chicken, but next time I think I'll try it at another restaurant. On a positive note, the veggie egg rolls and cream cheese rangoons were delicious.

I ordered a drink and was disappointed to find that the Coke was unpalatable—far worse than what I've experienced at other Panda Express locations. I mentioned this to one of the employees, but nothing changed. When I spoke to the cashier about it, he informed me that other customers had complained as well, but that was just how it tasted. I asked for a new cup since the one I had smelled bad, even after rinsing it with water. The new cup contained Fanta, which tasted slightly better, but still seemed off somehow. It’s probably best to avoid fountain drinks here and stick to bottled beverages instead.

At this point, a manager (or so I presume) emerged from the back carrying a bag of chicken. Did no one inform Jake about my situation? There was no apology for the delay, no offer to make up for the inconvenience—just complete ignorance. I ended up receiving my order at 8:38. The whole experience was both amusing and frustrating, especially considering there were two managers and six employees present, yet everything seemed disorganized.

15 minutes waiting time, just the order. A bowl with one side and rice. $8,50 not bad. The chicken was amazing! But wait? What about the undercooked rice? Hard as it can be.. and boiled green beans: can?t come back for my work lunch brake safe?

Great place for a quick Asian meal. The food is always fresh, very good, inexpensive and you get a lot of food for your money. Employees are polite and courteous. Dining area clean and inviting.
