We waited 25 minutes for our drinks, despite there being fewer than 20 people in the entire restaurant. After ordering our food, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes, with only about 15 patrons present, most of whom were at the bar. All the other tables received their food before us, and I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes longer to get mine. When we inquired about the delay, the staff seemed surprised and asked if we hadn't started eating yet. When we requested to speak with a manager, we were told that our order had simply been forgotten. Although the food tasted amazing, the restaurant really needs to improve its service and bring in someone to manage it more effectively.
The appetizers are fantastic, but the duck dishes didn't quite hit the mark. The beef tips would be better described as mushrooms, noodles, and a rare hint of beef if you can find it. As for the baby back ribs, they seemed to be hastily prepared with just a slathering of Sweet Baby Ray's sauce.
The staff is friendly, but the food is disappointing. It doesn’t have any spices and lacks flavor; it's very bland overall. I wouldn't recommend this place. However, they do earn 2 stars for a decent whisky sour.
This place is usually consistently good. The shrimps and crabs Mac and cheese just ordered now and there was no crab scrap to find. Still paid. Someone probably slept in the kitchen. Suspects, though I look forward to this meal.
Service was great and the food was delicious. I will definitely schedule a stop there when I am on my motorcycle rides in that direction. Or schedule ride in that direction just to stop and eat there.
