Cassano's Pizza King - Dayton

Yes i shared a similar experience as another customer did. The review before mine which was a month ago explains my experience as well. Im from out of town and ordered a pizza at night. Got to the restaurant 8327 N Main and the doors were locked. I had no idea if i was at the right location or not. My mother who lives here said we are at the right Cassano's, so i keep knocking at the door meanwhile the lady seen me and ignored me at first. I walk around to the side of the building and knocked, thats when she let me in. SHE LET ME IN! She had an attitude problem and she was very rude. I told her that was not good customer service. She didn't care. This type of behavior makes yall organizations looks bad for business.

Service was fast and food was great! Only problem...was when we were placing our order, a man came in behind us, then asked us for money for the bus. And we won't be parking right in front of the building, as you get blocked in from people picking up their order, but no biggy!

Great pizza, nice seating area, friendly staff every time we eat here once or twice a year when we visit the Dayton area.

My daughter and I stopped in and ordered two personal pan pizzas and a side order of fried ravioli. While the food was good, the service and the wait time was not. The lady who was working the counter was not very friendly. We are from out of state so the fact that we actually needed to take a minute to look at the menu had her rolling her eyes. We also waited 40 minutes! For 2 personal pizzas and a side of fried ravioli. That’s ridiculous. After 30 minutes they told me they had to remake one of the pizzas cause it fell on the floor. So turns out that two of my items had been sitting under the heat lamp for probably about 25 mins.

Always fast service and great pizza. Very friendly staff.
