Chili's Grill - Dayton

It was the worst food I've ordered from DoorDash the loaded ff were covered in burnt cheese and couldn't eat anything, my husbands Chili’s Secret Sauce Burger*was awful so much Garlic , like someone just poured it all over in layers. Will not order from here again!

They forgot my queso, my free salsa chips, my daughters kid drink my son only got MAYBE 7 fries with his burger, ridiculous!

I would give zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I walked in 2 hours before closing and half of the dining room was empty so we had high hopes for a nice dinner. We had to wait 10 minutes before they even acknowledged us for seating, my boyfriend and Inoticed smell similar to dirty dishtowels and old fryer grease that we smelled by the front doors, the bathrooms were disgustingone toilet was clogged and paint peeling off the ceiling in the women's restroom, the floors looked like they hadn't been moppedin years, we ordered our food, the appetizer was fine and the blackberry tea was great, but when we received our main course; myboyfriend's Philly was cold and his curly fries were stale. I cut through my burger to get a better handle on it, the pattiesseemed really dry and the bacon was just dripping in grease, that's when I noticed the hair on one of the strips of bacon.Literally spent almost an hour at this restaurant to just get up and leave.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ORDERED THE TRIPLE DIPPER, AND THE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION WAS HORRIBLE! THE BURGER PATTIES WERE HARD, AND CRISPY. HAD TO BREAK THEM IN HALF TO SHOW CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THE SOUTHWEST EGG ROLLS OLD AND SLIMY. MY STOMACH HURTS NOW. (PICSDONT DO IT JUSTICE BECAUSE OF THE LIGHTING)

We had a pleasant dining experience, although nothing particularly remarkable. We chose to sit at the bar since it seemed that the front manager was attempting to keep part of the restaurant closed, which would have required us to wait for a table. The staff was friendly and polite, but it was evident that they were understaffed, and we had to wait several times for our server to attend to us. The food was good, slightly overpriced, but nothing excessively so.
