This complaining has started for 4 months. corporate says they can't do anything about individual franchises. then the franchise ignores my complaint. looks like a problem with this place. Anyway, after a good wait for an hour for delivery, the food finally came with a soggy oil-soaked sandwich (after the please to light oil), which after sitting in a bag for an hour, a single soggy serviette in the bottom of the bag, half a full drink that was completely melted with ice, and cracked bag of chips. $15 in müll. if the company reads this, don't answer the script of please reply to this link they seem to send everyone. I've been complaining to them for 4 months by e-mail. they will refund the order or give me a voucher. two decisions.
Driver delivered to my business reeking of pot. My bag of food also smelled terrible. I immediately called and asked for a refund. The manager said no since I received my food. I asked if I could bring it back for a refund. HE LAUGHED at me. Driving high is dangerous and illegal. Shame on this business for promoting this behavior. I will never order again.
This is now twice as I called to order pickup and change my mind during the ordering process. I understand that it is hard to find good help and that this is a franchise, but with workers these rude and missing in customer service I have no idea how they plan to stay open
Located less than 1.5 miles from the Love Truck Stop, this restaurant was severely delayed and displayed rudeness over the phone. There were too many lazy employees working there, who seemed undeserving of payment. It was a scandalous representation of the franchise.
