Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Kelly was a great server. Very attentive and always smiling. The gourmet Scorpion Burger is possibly the best flavors in a burger I had from Red Robin. Not much heat, but very tasteful. On the bottom the beer tap didn't work well and it took a while to pour a beer and then it tasted pretty flat. Not the nearly $9 I was charged for.

My advise is to NEVER order food from them online, either from them directly or through a third party. Ordered a burger with no pink, but instead received a burger that was basically raw. I won't be ordering food from there until they figure out how to cook food that won't make someone sick. If you think I'm kidding, here is a photo.

My children took me to Red Robin to celebrate my birthday. I ordered the southern charm burger and it was delicious. The onion rings were great as well. Unfortunately, I ordered a root beer float and only received a glass of root beer. I was told the ice cream would arrive later. It never arrived so we had it removed from our bill. That was disappointing. With that exception, the service fine and the food was tasty.
