Smashburger - Dayton

The burgers at this restaurant are great, but it's not my favorite place because the prices are too high for it to be a top choice. I would prefer Culver's or Steak 'n Shake because they have lower prices.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Our order was completely messed up, as we had requested basic modifications to our burgers such as no tomatoes on one and spicy mayo on another. The rolls were made incorrectly and the ingredients were all wrong. The quality of the burgers was also subpar, with the bacon tasting like it had been boiled. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money. We have had better experiences at other locations in Miamisburg and cannot recommend this Smashburger. We will not be returning.

I recently tried Smashburger for the first time, and it was absolutely fantastic! I wish there was one closer to where I live. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. The food was delicious and my family and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Call the employees on Friday night (8/5 ! I came out from a terrible layer and was CRAVING Smash Burger for weeks, I didn't want to go bc it was 30 minutes before they close, but my pregnancy craving got the best of me. Anyway, the manager and the entire staff were super courtesy and friendly! All for a great experience. I really appreciate all your hospitality and the delicious meal really made my day: Thanks again!!

Staff was nice. bacon burger -fries weren?t what I thought would be. Overall the food was okay. The staff was helpful. They went above and beyond on helping me. My only complaint was the fries tasted soggy which was disappointing.
