Feedback gevenOverall, the submarine sandwiches were delicious, featuring excellent ingredients as usual, and the customer service was commendable. I really should have checked the bag, though, as they forgot to include the pickle despite asking me if it was okay to put it in separately, and I confirmed it was fine. I ordered the Italian sub, and it was ready in just eight minutes.
Despite being severely understaffed with only two employees, they were friendly and kept us informed about the wait time. When they took our order, the food was served hot and tasted fresh. Firehouse Corp might want to consider better management at this location, as there was no manager on-site during the lunch rush.
I had to search for a different place to eat in Daytona Beach because of the long wait times, so I decided to grab some sandwiches. I arrived just before closing, but the staff were very accommodating. My order was spot on, the team was fantastic, and the sandwiches were still warm when I returned to my hotel room to share with my family.
The staff was friendly. The meatball sub was pretty good. Management should probably put a little more TLC into the place. Bathrooms closed, a broken front door, and a general run down appearance.
Consistently good quality and the food tastes good too. They’ve also never messed up an order of mine, even special requests. Highly recommend!
