We just ordered for the 2nd time on Saturday. On our first order they never gave us the order of meatballs we had paid for. I called the restaurant and they quickly refunded the amount. They handled the situation very well. Everything else on our first order including a chicken parm pizza was amazing. It was so amazing that I had a craving for the chicken parm pizza on Saturday, I placed our order through their app for delivery. We received an inedible pizza. It wasn't even slightly warm when it was delivered. The pizza was so overcooked and looked nothing like the one I had ordered previously. The outer crust was so hard that it hurt my teeth to bite into it. The crust was black, almost as if it had been originally cooked hours before and then kept on top of the oven to stay warm. There was so little cheese on it that you could see the sauce through it and it tasted more like the pizza was made on saltine crackers instead of dough. My husbands family is from New York so we love a thin slice but this was rock hard and dehydrated not just a thin lite crust. I would like to give you guys another chance and have my pizza replaced. I know you guys can do better because I have had better from your establishment previously. Also when I order a 2 liter of coke, it would be nice if you guys would let me know that you are out of stock, so I can choose a replacement instead of you guys just making your own assumptions and replacing it with something else.

Super slow, unfriendly, not professional Smoking vap in the store by food. Smelled like they were Smoking weed in there also

Specifically Ordered a calzone over phone with same ingredients as Stromboli but when got home discovered a Stromboli. Kind of bummed because the calzones here are really great. Got a quick apology and they hung up , so I'm disappointed I should of checked as box seemed light in weight for a large calzone : aahh stuff happens , manja manja

Lived closed to this place for years and finally tried them. So good! The portion size is absolutely amazing for the price. The apple bites were also a great little dessert. Definitely won't be ordering from a chain pizza place again so long as they are in the area.
