Feedback gevenGreat choice! Wish they had the tomato and cucumber mix. On my birthday stopped to redeem my free pizza and they gave me a hard time about the redemption process. But the young lady came with a solution. Come back.
Not at their best lately. You might stand a while until they turn around and notice you are there. They leave only two employees working in the Eve, one makes the pizza, one waits on the customers. They need more people working to assist with the ebb and flow of customers
Summary: 1) I tried to call the store about 5 times to order a full size pizza and no one answered. 2) I go to the store to order individual slices and the employees say they are “closed” when they looked open and had pizza out and were starting to take my order until they decided to get an attitude, then suddenly they were closed. 3) They wouldn’t give me my free birthday slice because they said the coupon had to be printed out “at their store”, even though the coupon doesn’t say to print it. 4) They don’t have the pizzas available that are normally at other locations because what gets made depends on who’s working. 5) During the whole exchange, both employees were rude, had attitudes, acted lazy, and seemed like they just wanted me to go away. I never got my pizza so I can’t rate the taste of the food. When I walked up to order, the guy ignored me- didn’t say hi or ask me what I wanted or anything. Then I ask about their stuffed pizza since and he says they didn’t have it today. Mind you, I had to lean in and ask him to repeat every answer because he was mumbling under his breath answering as lazily as he could. I asked what days they do have stuffed pizza and he said it depends on who’s working. That leads me to believe each employee doesn’t know how to cook the whole menu, or some employees just don’t feel like making it. Instead, I decide to just get a regular slice using my free slice birthday coupon. Suddenly, they decide they’re closed. Why were you taking my order a second ago and then changed to being closed? When trying to show them my coupon from my email on my phone, neither one even attempted to look at it. The girl proclaims it must be printed out. I say it doesn’t say that anywhere on the coupon. She says “at their store” it has to be printed out. My coupon is expiring tomorrow and I refuse to make a special trip to the mall on this side of town just to get my slice I should’ve been able to get tonight when I was shopping in the mall. Worst of all the employees didn’t even apologize. They didn’t care about me as a customet ag all. Happy freaking birthday from Sbarro!
The worst experience ever. They have the rudest girl working in there. The food was cold, a bug was in my drink. I complained to the girl and she said it wasn't her problem that she's told the owner and he doesn't care. So I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was (Claudua). What kind of manager is that? i will not be going there .I got picture of bug in my drink and I will be reporting them
If I could give a NO STAR ,,that’s what it would be. The staff was very rude food was cold even after putting it in oven. Asking questions made me feel like I was bothering them. Management needs to be fired! If they don’t like their job then quit!
