Dunkin' - Dayville

This Dunkin' location in Connecticut is the only one that has ever gotten my simple order of plain bagel with cheese and iced green tea right. They also put a lot of love and care into making the food. I would give this place a 10/10 rating.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a medium hot regular coffee and a jelly stick at 12:45 on Sunday, only to receive a cold medium-sized coffee without sugar and a rock-hard donut. I am baffled by how they could serve such low-quality food.

I used to avoid this Dunkin' Donuts because of the subpar food quality, service, and cleanliness. However, today I decided to give it another chance for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service provided by Kaylee. She made my visit very enjoyable and went above and beyond to ensure my food and drinks were delivered promptly. I must say, the restaurant could definitely benefit from a thorough cleaning. The cutting board used to prepare sandwiches looked almost black, and the staff should consider using their free time to clean the milk-covered counters instead of being on their phones.

Super busy and they held their own! I loved how the woman at the register intervened every time a customer tried talking to/rushing the other workers. Great job ?

I understand that these places can’t get workers but close the place down. I figured 35 minutes would be enough time before my appointment for me to get my order and I’m now going on 31 minutes. I will need to leave the line after my order has been placed. I am the second person away from the window and I don’t wanna leave because I placed my order but I can’t wait any longer I have an appointment.
