My first impression of twg was the music. she fascinated it! the restaurant is located right next to the waterfall in dubai mall and this supplements the Serene experience. the personal is friendly and service is fast. we had brunch and it was nice.

Amazing place and lovely staff and superb menu ..and the tea can’t help but to take some home with nice fountain on the background I just love everything here

What a tasty tea really since 1837 specially blended tea with amazing taste tried the silver and black tea celoni also helpfull staff amazing view make you feel like home with a very tasty sweets and afternoon tea glad i have tried will definitely be back very soon

Bought black tea which is their signature collection a must for someone who loves black tea! Had fruity tea and flowery tea- lavender and mint tea! Scones and creme brûlée along with their veg sandwich is a must if you are going there! And the visual treat is of course there since it’s just near the famous waterfall in the Dubai mall- ground floor!

Always my favourite place for tea. The tea flavour are too many and soo good!! The service is good, but the waiter wasn't that good as my expectation. The food is also good and tasty! Love the macaroons, not too sweet. Overall is ok, but a bit pricey. In the it was worth it !
