Bronc Stompers Cafe Pizza. - De Kalb

We've gone several times during the last several years mostly because there is just not a lot of places to choose. It seems like they rely on the fact there is not much competition. It's become a last choice because of this. We want wanted wings 20 minutes before closing and they refuse to make it. This also happened to my brother-in-law twice. They'll tell us an order is ready in 15 minutes, and when we show up they say it'll be another 20. The sign says there's discounts for paying cash, but several times we didn't get it. There's no fryer, So no French fries. The staff are sometimes dressed sloppy. It just seems like there is no pride or passion here. The food is ok. But the customer service just doesn't do it for me. glad another pizza shop is open. Maybe they will have a little more commitment to their trade.

Bacon turkey sandwich was good. The burger we ordered was made wrong plus the meat was dry. Fries were under cooked.

Food is good. Service is terrible and very unfriendly, (bordering on rude) and apathetic. Every time I go there they overcharge me on something and could care less. The drink machine is dirty. Very disappointed. Tried severaltimes as everyone has a bad day, but all of the above remains consistent.

Drive thru...chicken salad is good but they musta been about out the day I was there. Faith said her hamburger ?? was good.
