Casey's - De Soto

During our recent trip, we visited this Casey's and had a fantastic experience! The place was exceptionally clean, the restrooms were nice, and the snack selection was good. Being one of their newer locations, it truly meets the positive reputation they have built. It's definitely on par with QT, which is a significant plus when you're traveling.

This gas station and store is fantastic! Their breakfast pizza is amazing!

The gas prices here are higher than usual. There was a long line, so I decided not to go inside for anything. This was in the morning. On another occasion when I visited, the cashier struggled with processing a Powerball ticket; he seemed inexperienced, so I tried to be understanding.

I ordered a deluxe taco pizza for $17, but when I picked it up, I received a basic hamburger pizza instead. I called to report the mistake, but the employee and manager who answered the phone were very unhelpful. I'm now stuck with the wrong pizza and have wasted my money. The customer service was terrible, and from now on, I’ll just be getting frozen pizza instead.

This location is incredibly slow. Always have one one person working the register when other employees can jump in and help. Doesn’t take long for a long time to build up. I’d suggest the other location closer to Lawrence.
