Wendy's - Dearborn Heights

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! They consistently mess up my orders, and the wait times are ridiculous as long as there is an inexperienced employee working there. I regret giving it even one star; their service has been awful. My last three visits have been disappointing, and this will be my final visit as a customer since they just can't seem to get it right.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed unprofessional and unfriendly. They didn't greet customers warmly, and their attitude left much to be desired. When I ordered my fiancé's meal, there was a mix-up, which forced us to wait in line behind six other cars just to be told that they no longer serve salad on one of their burgers. I questioned why the salad was still advertised on the special burger, and it was frustrating. My fiancé simply requested cheese and ketchup, and they still managed to get that wrong. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.

I ordered an apple pecan salad with two ranch dressings, but instead received two S-learns and one vinaigrette. I went back to get the correct dressing, but when I got home, I discovered they hadn't even included the pecans. I wasn't willing to go back again! I was really disappointed.

Prices go up portions get smaller. Wait times are ridiculous food taste like ****! Will never go back, I should've known better going to a fast food restaurant. Absolute garbage!
