Bd's Mongolian Grill - Dearborn

Not the best experience. Rice was severely overcooked. Waitress forgot about US, so we didn't get refills.

A more considerate approach to closing the Dearborn location would be to provide employees with advance notice, allowing them time to secure new employment opportunities. This would demonstrate a higher level of respect and support for the valued team members. Class act!

No real choice of protein. Closing down over an hour early around us. Good job we did not want an extra bowl. Would have been nice if manager had come over and talked to us. And they tried to charge us for drinks we did not have. Eating here used to be an enjoyable experence.

Closing with a 24 hour notice to your employees is horrible.

I just went in on my lunch break for a carry and Will was on the grill! He was amazing my food was perfect and he was so nice and engaging. He also asked if i wanted my food cooked with butter which is something no one has ever asked I definitely hope he’s on the grill every time I go now!
