Walking distance from my friends house, not crazy busy and always a place to sit! Great to grab a quick and they always have their raw sugar packets and cinnamon out which I like, because I use!Not bad for a quick coffee but if you're looking for a place with better coffee and a place with more space and to hang out I'm sure there's better places around!

The hot cinnamon spice tea latte is life. I substitute the syrup with sugar free vanilla and recently tried it with oat milk which frothed so well. It is honestly the only thing I need in the chilly weather and is all the fall vibes I need.

Haven't been to this location in a while. Needs some attention from the owner in terms of up keep and it's become rather dirty inside. Slipping into disrepair. Staff was nice and working hard. Won't come back until it's evident this location is being kept up and it looks clean inside.
