Tim Hortons - Dearborn

I usually don’t write reviews but today I have to complement your hard worker that was working all alone this morning. When I pulled up to place my order he said they only have donuts and coffee I placed my order for my kids and pulled forward to the window he was grabbing my items when I asked if he was working alone he said yes, I thanked him and said we appreciate him. I believe his name tagged said Grant. I’m sure he is getting paid his regular wage while working the load of at least four people. I just wanted to let you know that you have an amazing team member! Keep up the great work Grant!!

Ordered 3 croissants and only got 2, made us pull up to door, not even getting our full order.

I am absolutely love tim hortons coffee. I'm from chicago, we don't have tim hortons?.

I knew most places would increase their prices, but an extra $1.50 for an ice cream is just ridiculous and extra serious if the board was still $2.99 for a big ice cream. I get back to $4.55 now, although the price on the board still says $2.99 either I will be charged repeatedly incorrectly or their sign must be updated. but $4.55 for an ice cream (not a cold brew) seems annoying

It's really crazy when u wait in the line for an hour when there are only 4 cars ahead u, I can't stand this place Tim-Boden will get really worse by just someone who doesn't go like bussnies and they have a very bad setting, they all have to change these workers
