Feedback gevenUsed for years, we find that the quality of service, in general, has deteriorated and is no longer at the level of a 5-star. This is an observation made in several hotels in the group and certainly the result of a deliberate policy of the new management to save, especially on the level of staff skills. Example the cleanliness of the rooms is not perfect: task on the carpet, dust on the courtesy tray ... (bedroom 111) The expenses shown on the TV do not correspond to those charged (already reported during our stay in March) Service at the bar of a large slowness with forgetful ... Service of the very average breakfast, the staff does not fade away to let the client pass, discusses between them rather than taking care of the client, cold and impersonal welcome. Too bad will we go back??? That's the question! But thank you for the attention we found in our room, how everything is not negative....
Very beautiful hotel, beautiful location and staff with small care. The room is very beautiful the very comfortable bedding, bathroom, cleanness nothing to say. The restaurant is very good. The SPA Diane Barrière very nice. A flat, however, the pool space is very noisy invaded by children whose parents leave carte blanche. It’s impossible to relax. There's a Zen space missing. The pool is small and the water was troubled. The sauna was HS.
