The Swamp House Steamboat Grill is very expensive! The portions are small and overpriced. Charging $11 for fried green tomatoes is outrageous! They do not seem to care about their customers who are just trying to make ends meet. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.

I absolutely adore this restaurant, however, the service could use some improvement. Our server seemed to be mostly stationed at the hostess stand where they chatted with coworkers, making it feel like their conversation was more important than providing customer support. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue. Despite this, the food was consistently delicious and I have never been disappointed, which is why I continue to come back. The restaurant is conveniently located by the river, allowing guests to arrive by boat and enjoy a lovely meal. They offer live entertainment, a stunning view of the river, and incredible cuisine. I would recommend Swamp House, but advise guests not to expect much from the servers as they may have to wait for things like drink refills, seasonings, or even their bill.

Delicious food in a casual atmosphere with a gorgeous view!! We were there during the day but it looks as they have a great outdoor area with festive lighting. Must go back to check it out as the Margarettas were AMAZING!

My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant. It may be hidden away, but it is definitely worth the visit. We both tried the taco shrimp and a cheeseburger, both of which were delicious. The service was also very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place.
