Tim Hortons - DEBERT

The staff there were incredibly friendly, and humored me with a strange item request. I used to work at Tim’s so I used to make some weird combinations that I really haven’t been able to get at other locations but they were more than willing to accommodate.Keep up the good work guys :

Fix the womens bathroom light can't see and no toilet

Please work on your cross contamination. I just watched them make my wrap while cream cheese was on the counter getting all over my food. And they never seem to clean there knife befor cutting my bagels, so there is always cheese on my bagels... as you can tell i hate cream cheese.

Both the ladies working here on 12 jan 2024 morning shift were amazing.. they served me with a smile on their face !!! Thats all it takes make a day better

I arrived at 8 30ish in the am today and didn't wait long at all. A young lady walked over to a closed till and opened it for me. I ordered a med icecap and it was ready in no time....the only problem was when I got to my location and put the straw in to take a drink it tasted so bad,l have no idea why,as someone who gets many icecaps a week it looked great but tasted awful. I did not have the opportunity to take it back as my schedule didn't allow it so I had to dump it. I tried so hard to overcome the taste but couldn't.
