Cava - Decatur

I started going to CAVA when they first opened. My issue with this location is consistency. Sometimes they are out of their sautéed veggies. Sometimes the veggies are mushy. I stopped going for about a year. I recently started going back, and the last three times that I went, the lentils were not cooked at all! They were crunchy! I’ve told the manager and staff. Even though they replace my food, it’s annoying. The attitude is I’ll let you taste it to see if it is cooked! How about taste it before you serve it to your customers!

Vegetarian options: Falafel, Roasted Veggies and sweet potato

I was told to wait 30 minutes because something wasn't available at the bar turns out it was available at the bar after 30 minutes really irritating. Then as she's preparing the spicy bowl we discover that there's no broccoli so somebody had 30 minutes to figure out that the bar needed to be restocked zero customers in the place on a Sunday afternoon so no heavy traffic to account for this unpreparedness

I love coming to this location! They are so friendly and patient when it comes to taking my order. Food is always delicious! Thank you especially to Tay B. and the staff, I enjoyed my delicious rice bowl ! Keep up the good work!

Make sure you in store to get your food.Ordering ahead does nothing for you but waste more time.I ordered food today and arrived 6min after the time was supposed to be ready. Not only was my food not ready, they couldn’t give me an estimate. I had to go in my car to sit and wait and ended up receiving my food 40min after it was supposed to be ready! The line inside, although long was way faster! Since my order was a mobile order I couldn’t get in line!
