Feedback gevenI had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The person on the speaker was extremely rude and there was a complete lack of customer service. I waited two minutes for someone to respond, and then when I drove up to the window, I had to wait another two minutes while the employees were just chatting, laughing, and running around instead of taking care of orders. Eventually, one of them came to the window and said they couldn't find my order. I had to place my order all over again, which took another eight minutes to complete. On top of that, they asked if I could move up, but the service was so slow that I was left feeling confused and frustrated. Overall, the whole experience took much longer than it should have.
During a recent visit, despite being told that there were four other cars ahead of me, my order was still mixed up. My sister, who works at Taco Bell, mentioned she had just ordered from the same drive-thru registers without any problems. The unprofessional behavior of the staff is disappointing, and it's frustrating to see them smoking while customers are waiting. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe it needs to be reported.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight at around 10:34 PM. The customer service was both rude and rushed over the speaker. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order. I had ordered a large garlic parmesan loaded fry and a big loaded fry, but when I got home, I found a chicken fry box and a hot dog instead. I need to contact corporate immediately and I'm currently searching for their phone numbers and emails. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I doubt anyone will answer the phones.
Is it really so difficult to be just nice to your customers? Maybe not. All employees are as miserable condescending as the young man on the photo I have attached here. He?s sure, rub the wrong way with his slick remarks that you won? not catch on the first thought until you realize behind the fake customer service voice that you are insulted. He is also arrogant, proud of learning if you do not approve his attitude. He didn't want to give me his name so I could talk to him like he said? s up there on the reviews already to find his name there. I will not recommend this place to anyone, I have won?t back, nor will I accept any eat pickups from this place EVER Again!
So rude, went to pick up an order for doordash and got told the order wasn?t there tried to ask them to double check maybe the system, cause I can?t proceed MY WORK if he?s not willing to cooperate, got window slammed in my face and the employee started going out thru the back door to hand out orders just to ignore me. Which made 0 sense to me cause he could?ve just been polite and said he double checked, to maybe check thru my end or something(which I did), and the order was definitely placed there. Tried again to get a hold of him thru the window and opened it myself cause I couldn?t get q hold of him any other way. But got it reslammed in face and almost took out my fingers too. Doordash tried to call them themselves and couldn?t reach them. It was just the worst customer service I?ve ever received. I?m still in disbelief. I?m not one to be judgy or anything but he definitely needs to be fired. Unprofessional. Not the first time he?s given me attitude there either, also gave me attitude once when I asked for a cup of water cause I was PREGNANT AND THIRSTY. And he replied with an attitude saying ?you want me to give you a water? like as if it was a problem. dude with baby dreads and Red shirt
