I offer good for my Daughter in love myself never received my food. Called chic fil A no help. I will never use them again. It's making me second guess chic fil A now. Poor customer service. I'm pist!!!!
I come here on almost a daily basis to a point where the employees know me and my order. Whenever Hazel is working there is always some type of issue. He wants to give undercooked nuggets or ice cream cones with barely any ice cream in it. And when asked any question about how to rectify the situation he gives a very snarky and short response as if customer service is annoying him He is extremely unhelpful, and rude and does not belong here with the other amazing employees. I’m really going to reconsider making this my lunch break stop.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. 1. I wasn’t greeted upon walking into the establishment. 2. After waiting a few minutes I was told I ordered from the wrong location (but my food was bagged and waiting to be handed to me). 3. The young lady Cindy saw fit to advise the young lady assisting me that we “don’t need any extra dressing” for our salads; as if she were paying for them or eating them herself. I work 2 minutes from this location and frequent it weekly. I’m appalled with my experience today, and don’t feel comfortable returning if this is how I’ll be treated. Thank you to Hazel, the manager, for at least listening to me express my frustration.
