Feedback gevenI read the reviews and still wanted to check it out for myself. And the reviews are pretty much a really good description of what to expect at this location. Employees weren?t bad.. they weren?t good either. I would?ve rated at least three stars, but the fact that the floor was littered with napkins, ice, straws, plastic cutlery, etc. is why it resulted in the two-star rating. This isn?t my first time at this location and I can professionally say it has declined in ?achieving customer satisfaction.? Whomever reads this.. you?ve been warned; experience at your own risk.
They were in between shifts, so the food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time but the server went and got fresh food and extra workers started to come in to help. She even offered the lady behind me a free drink for waiting. She was real nice and great hospitality. I'll come back just to see her. She reminded me that day that no one is perfect, it's ok to make mistakes.
Every single time I come here it?s terrible customer service. my receipt says ?ashley ? the person who checked me out also made my food so i?ll assume that?s their name although literally the exact same thing happened last time I came in with another employee . come in. I ask for veggies on my tacos she says ?no we don?t have any? refuses to allow me to wait for the next batch and also refuses to walk 5 steps to the to go station and get veggies. so sorry just no veggies. next I get to the second part I ask for pico de gallo she says no we don?t have any. I say ok. well. i don?t mind waiting for the next batch (cos at this point why am I even here if I can?t even eat what I want she says no it?s gonna be another 20 minutes before they even make more. all while the to go station 5 steps away is fully stocked with all the ingredients. I guess the employees are just trained to say no no no to the customers instead of putting in an extra 5 seconds of work to fulfill an order. it?s crazy cos I was in here paying with a voucher for a free meal I got because of the last time I came and received terrible service just for it to happen again. they really care.
Ordered through DD. They skimped on ALL ingredients! The bowl had about 10 black beans, a teaspoon of guacamole that I paid extra for, no sour cream, about 5 pieces of chicken, very little sofritas. I will NEVER order from this location again. This is such a disappointment compared to how Chipotle used to be and compared to other locations. I will be contacting DD and maybe this location needs to be removed from their list of options.
I?ve lived in Decatur 10 years but this was my first time visiting this Chipotle because there are so many delicious local restaurants nearby. This will also be my last time visiting. We visited at 5pm on a Wednesday and waited in line 20 minutes. It didn?t move for the first 10. Then when we got to the front there were no black beans, no grilled vegetables, no guacamole and just the last dribbles of chicken. It was the saddest, most disappointing Chipotle bowl I?ve ever had that I still had to pay full price for even though they didn?t half the things I wanted to put on it. Never again.
