I ordered a coffee and when I opened my cup there was plastic floating in my drink this is unacceptable don't waste your time or money this is

Ive been a regular at this Dunkin' location for quite some time, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the coffee is consistently good. The location is convenient, especially for those on the go. My only minor gripe is that the drive-thru line can get a bit long during peak hours, but it's understandable given the popularity of the place. Overall, a great spot for a quick coffee fix!
