Dunkin' Donuts - Decatur

Hands down, the most reliable and one of the cleanest Dunkin in the area. I have never been sent back because they were closed or run out of ice cream. I can clearly see that it's run by sincere, hardworking and honest people.

My grandmother and I have developed a routine of grabbing coffee and a donut or bagel together regularly, going at least once a week. We’ve been visiting this particular Dunkin for months, and we’ve only had two minor mistakes, both of which were easy to resolve or turned into happy accidents. The woman at the drive-thru has even learned my grandmother’s name and greets us both with a smile. I wish I could give her the recognition she deserves, but my grandmother just refers to her as 'baby girl.' This Dunkin is really great, and our experiences there have always been enjoyable. We will definitely keep going back!

This is my go-to Dunkin' because it's the nearest one to me. The staff is friendly, the donuts are fresh and always available, and the coffee is always served hot. My kids and I also love the ice cream!

As soon as we walked in, the aroma of coffee hit us. We placed an order for a half-sheet ice cream cake decorated with a personal photo on top, which we were set to pick up in three days. When we returned, the cake was stunning! We highly recommend this place for their cakes and donuts.
