Mcdonald's - Decatur

The waitress at the window wished me a nice day after I requested ketchup, but when I asked for it again, she became agitated and raised her voice. She reluctantly got me the ketchup and said she was doing me a favor. It's clear that she may not enjoy her job, but that's no excuse for rude behavior towards customers. It's no surprise that this restaurant only has two stars - their poor service is a major contributing factor.

The staff at tomorrow's restaurant are very friendly, clean, and professional. My only complaint is that the food is inconsistent in terms of how it's cooked and prepared. For example, my bacon and cheese McGriddle was not crispy and the cheese was overwhelming.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with mayo, but it had too much on it so I couldn't even eat it. The chicken sandwiches were fresh and innovative, but the burger was terrible.

The author in the Drive-Thru window was great that she saw away to make a combination for us that saved us some money. I really appreciate that, like my niece and I were traveling across land to oklahoma I thank them so much for all help with our order

Order spicy chicken sandwich meal. I ask them to give hot fries, but they gave me cold burn fries I got it exchange and nothing new give same old burn fires. The manager as no customer service. He tell me that how new fries look like.
