Ninja - Decatur

Ninja is our way to Hibachi-Supper. The sushi is very delicious! Even the children liked it! We brought our family here for many occasions. The staff is always very friendly to refill our glasses! We're coming back!

Food wasn't bad, but not great. Great presentation, but if you're looking for sashimi, I'd look elsewhere. Peppered Tuna was fine. Sashimi Dinner was meh. I understand that it's the chef's choice, but a stick of surimi cut in two shouldn't count as two pieces of sashimi. The rest of the pieces could have been fresher, e.g. the tuna was still ice cold in the center. No issues with servers, friendly chef.

Was not happy, but tried to understand to see a hair in my salad that was black. But to then find another black hair in my entrée is NASTY! Never want to eat here again even though service was great! Same day, same person and hair in salad and entree. GROSS!!!! Again The Grill Guy and waitress was awesome! And yes it?s easy to happen. Just two in my meal makes me sick and would you or anyone else!

Edit: friends wanted hibachi one night and I still wanted sushi and to have some leftovers for lunch the next day. I had bariatric surgery and normally order off kids menu. I ordered my sushi roll and the kids chicken hibachi. They refused. They said they could not do a kids hibachi for anyone under 12. I asked why would they rather turn away money than just do a kids hibachi but they said no. So instead of $30 ticket for their revenue it was $12. Not real sure on that logic. Pretty decent sushi and hibachi. The sushi rolls I've had are the Phoenix, lion, eel avocado, and salmon skin. All good rolls. The picture is of the Phoenix and eel avocado

Ok so this was my first time eating here. I had high expectations on the food quality and the chefs dazzling show while cooking on the hibachi, so they were in for a battle.. so when Sindy and I entered the restaurant we were greeted with a smiling hostess. I asked the chef if I could take pictures.. I believe he was even more of a show boat so the show turned out great. The food was definitely fresh. We had salmon... very pleased with this restaurant.. great staff. The manager YURI really does enjoy working there and makes sure that the customers are happy. I also looked at the other employees and came to the same conclusion... They all put a team effort in the whole pleasant dining experience. JACOB a server was there to make the experience joyful. GREAT JOB STAFF. We will definitely be back.
