Piece Of Cake Inc. - Decatur

I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing great things about their cakes, but I ended up feeling very disappointed. I tried two different types, and both were incredibly dry. I was really looking forward to the chocolate cake, but it was a letdown.

I tried a cupcake from this place today, and ever since, I've been feeling quite unwell. It tasted like an old, stale cake with spoiled cream cheese frosting. From now on, I'll be sticking to less rich cakes, as their options are definitely fresher.

I was really craving cake today, so I did a quick Google search and stumbled upon this place. I ended up getting five different slices. When I approached the counter, there was no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. The staff member didn’t even look at me. The first thing she said after wrapping up my cakes was, "Are you a rewards member?" I replied that it was my first time there, and her only response was quite dismissive. Don’t you want to encourage new customers to join such programs or at least inform them about it? It’s a shame because the cakes were all quite good. Unfortunately, the poor customer service is keeping me from coming back.

For Christmas 2022 I ordered the white chocolate cake and it was terrible, the first time that happened, but it was terrible when you cut it on the cake, the cake simply crumble not know what was going on with them, but it was terrible

Best cake ever, very, very moist. Every flavor cake imaginable. Service was awesome as well!
