We just recently learned about this Facebook page and we appreciate all your reviews very much! Feel free to post as your experience on the Sonic Drive In Decatur, TX. Your feedback let us all know what we need to work on, and what we do with a pretty good job. We would not have jobs if it were not for our wonderful guests, and we are always looking to make your sonic experience perfect every time! We recently had a small change in the faculty, and I think we're back on the right path! Of course, if you have a bad experience, we want to do everything to fix this and not let it happen again. It's up to now. Sometimes it's just a free day and orders don't come right, or it takes longer than expected. It happens. But it didn't happen so often at Sonic as it happened at Tacobell or Burger King. I'm grateful.
Great service, actually felt relieved to see a car hop on roller skates as back into the day. The only problem was that some stands did not work and were not roped. I had to change three times, but in those times I didn't mind.

The Manager was very rude and also the staff!!! I asked for extra sauces, when placing my order but in reality I only got a few! The carhop was very disrespectful /rolled her eyes at me and told me to ask the manager for more sauces cause she couldn’t give me more. I won’t be going back to that sonic! If I could give the service no star I would! Service: Take out
