Starbucks - Decatur

They make the best blond espresso out of the 6 Starbucks I go to based on where I am! 10/10 very sweet people and super kind!

Don?t go here the girl working here name samana or savana for real bad attitude. The store timings are 8:30pm and now it?s 7:52 but she?s saying they?re closed and started arguing about it. Freaking hate it l. Just drove here for 15 min to get myself cup of coffee and I I get this back in response. Can?t expect from Starbucks employees.

The baristas have terrible attitudes for no reason whatsoever. I'm only giving 2 stars because surprisingly my drink came out right.

Their steamer was down. They literally pumped me coffee from thermal containers. They were nice about making me a frappuccino without steam. And I'm pretty sure I saw a roach run across the counter

FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION!!! I went to the Starbucks inside of the Kroger on N Decatur Rd today. There?s a big sign in front that says ?no hot drinks?. I got to the counter and ordered a ?PINK DRINK? the young lady at the counter starts to laugh. After an awkward silence she asks ?did you say cappuccino?? Now why I order that when there?s a big sign that says NO HOT DRINKS?? I then repeated ?PINK DRINK? again, paid and even put a dollar in the tip jar. These girls are clearly still in high school so they could use the extra money. I get to the end and the other young lady puts my drink down and stands with her arms folded and said ?her arms are long enough? I grabbed my drink and took my dollar back out the jar. Absolutely terrible service!!! But what you do expect from a bunch high school kids. Judging from the previous negative reviews, it looks like management is aware and ignoring their staffing issues.
