I won't be dining here again. Could you please bring back the milkshakes? I'm not a fan of the changes Steak 'n Shake has made!

The food was decent, but I really prefer having a waiter or waitress. I hope they can get rid of the kiosks and bring back the personal touch.

We were seated right away, and the waitress was friendly and accommodating. Our drink orders were taken promptly, and our food arrived in no time.

It's a fantastic diner, and I would love to visit again sometime.
