It's the only place I found that Spinat lime zones are used... which I've missed since the move. A very beautiful family leads the place and many employees and males are based on a first name. It is a cozy, comfortable, clean local hunting. Believe the good reviews and try it for yourself.
Believe the positive reviews that are written here. You're the right deal. You make an excellent version of Linguini in White Clam Sauce (or red sauce if you prefer it). The linguini was al dente and the court was not drowning in the sauce what I prefer. Many olive oil with the shells and simply slightly seasoned - just as I like it. The garlic bread was absolutely delicious. Only out of the oven, it was puffy, teig and buttery. They also make a good iced tea. I noticed a table of two ordered pasta together with a big pizza. You were smart. You had pizza I missed. It looked so good with the thick golden crust. Self-marking: Must return for pizza. Pronto! As busy as it was, with every table full, I expected the service slipped, but it wasn't to be. My server stayed at the table several times, checked me to see if I refilled my drink, nothing was missing and checked if I wanted Dessert. I saw so many servers that it seemed that everyone had a maximum of two tables to cover. I had a problem with the address on my GPS. The specified address seems to be correct (201 N. Highway 287, Decatur, TX). This is the address also listed on their take-out menu. My GPS led me a quarter mile further north to a deelict building. The restaurant is indeed located on the other side of 287, the west side, right next to the defunct Yesterday restaurant on the mountain slope. It is not much on the outside, somehow '70 's rustic Italian. It's what counts in there. When it's full of people, like today, it's loud and joyful. The tables are set up for four to eight persons if no longer. A few TVs, dimm lighting and all kinds of friendly people. It is better than many Italian restaurants I visited in the DFW area. You need to check this place!
Great service. I've been going to Veronas for many years. I and my family love Italian food... I tried everything and be by far the best Italian food in North Texas. My children love the handcuffed pizza. My favorite is the shrimp pool and the Tiramisu. Friendly family and i deff recommend
No bad meal. I enjoy Verona Pizza Italian restaurant. My friend and I often go here. It is just a few kilometers from my Nudist Park, where I spend my winter. Pizza, Mussels and Stuffed Mushrooms should just die. I had many of the choices on the menu and we never had a bad choice. Everything's fresh! Prices are very cheap here.
MY FAVORITE ITALIAN. Verona has been a favorite of mine for a very long time. The owners are very sweet and friendly and the food is always consistently delicious! I love their spaghetti and meatballs and I also love their Spinach Salad!! The owner is also the chef and it is obvious because he cares about his food and I have never had a bad experience!!
