Feedback gevenWalked in, 6 people behind counter, no one acknowledged me, waited for 3 mins at register with people right in front of me and no one even looked at me. Then a white man walked up and got served right away. Outrageous. Cashier was rushing out and didn’t want to serve me.
Only reason this isn’t a 1 star is Starbucks is awesome. This location however I get to the window say thank you as I’m handed my drink and the only interaction the server gave me was a dirty look. No “thank you”. No “have a nice a day”. Nothing. Terrible service and the look was disgusting. If you manage/own this branch get rid of the workers that don’t want to deal with people.
The baristas behind the counter seemed much more interested in gossiping than getting orders to the multiple customers standing
Received excellent customer service through the drive thru from Chris. He was friendly, postive and professional. His happiness is such a refreshing experience. He truly is spreading kindness through this interaction with customers. I hope he gets recognitized in some way.
If you are closed you should say something instead of looking at me and ignoring me and walking away the whole night shift needs to be fired because customer service is not this Starbucks
