KFC - Deer Lake

Was in Deer Lake for the Strawberry Fest and stop by to have something to eat with my family. The service was awesome, food was perfect, the building was easily accessible, and kept very clean.

Dropped by for a late lunch. Apparently the management has decided that the 1:30 in the afternoon patrons have lots of time on their hands,resulting in a apparent shortage of staff. The protocol seems to be take the order, collect the money, prepare the order, give the customer their order then move on to the next customer. We spent longer waiting for the food than it did to eat the meal. Not complaining about the food or the server just the fact the girl on cash should have had a little more help. Score 4 food, 5 server 1 management. Definitely not Fast Food.

Wow! Every other restaurant in Deer Lake; Tim Hortons, A

I have had both good and bad experiences at this KFC, the last being good one. Ordered the anniversary feast, and everything was hot, crispy and delicious. The time before that, I ordered a similar family meal and had to throw away much of the food as it was over cooked / dried out and inedible. Hit and miss. guess it depends on the staff working at the time of your visit.

Food is usually pretty good and they always seen to get my order correct which is always a plus. Food is usuallly hot and fresh and offfer good service
