Broken Arrow Steak House - Deer Lodge

We ordered a lovely dinner, with ribeye steak and seafood for me, and placed our drink order at the same time. Unfortunately, the waitress never brought our drinks, so we ended up going to the bar to get our own. The service was disappointing and the food was just average. We won’t be returning.

The food here is awful, and it has been for years. My older out-of-state relatives sometimes want to dine here, but my whole family tries to convince them not to. When we do go, I'm always let down by the subpar meals and the high prices. It's truly disappointing, especially since a place like this could thrive in the area. I recall that the food was good over 40 years ago, but unfortunately, the same ownership hasn't maintained quality.

The food at this restaurant lacks consistency; some days it's unappetizing while other days it's just mediocre. I found the prices to be too high for the quality. Additionally, the glasses and utensils were not clean. The service was disappointing, with the waitstaff providing poor attention. The overall atmosphere is unpleasant and could really benefit from a remodel.

I had a fantastic dining experience with perfectly cooked beef tenderloin that was incredibly delicious. The portion size was generous, and the loaded baked potato was quite tasty as well. The side salad was also enjoyable. The atmosphere felt like a cozy small-town bar, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a great meal!
