Feedback gevenWe had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The burgers were always cold and the cheese wouldn't melt. We were charged extra for bacon, only to be told afterwards that there was no bacon at all. I also noticed that the person handling the food wore gloves that were touching dirty money. I wish I could share the video I took, there were so many issues with our meal.
I went to the five youngs on federal highway I wait online for 15 minutes, while my order is ready for pickup and when I picked up my order was the wrong order and I asked to talk to the manager, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to talk to the manager, why the manager works directly from me and he didn't know me and when he saw my order, they were like I could not help, that I could not help
My daughter loves Five Guys, especially the Deerfield Beach location. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.
Great Burgers!!! Love the staff there as well, they are very polite. Order ready in 5 minutes from ordering online.
Customer service was horrible, I walked in and they didn’t even say hi or greet me. They just stared at me and didn’t say nothing. The burger was made sloppy, fries thrown in the bag, and it wasn’t great customer service. Very disappointed.
